Action Pest Control is excited to announce our transition to hand-held technology. Over the past several months we have been testing and configuring hand-held units with our customer database system.

The hand-held units will be beneficial to our clients and our company. Clients will be able to access their account online and view their statement, service history, product usage history, payment and billing history, and pest control device history.

Instead of the service details being noted on each service ticket, the hand-helds allow technicians to enter the data directly into the device. This will be especially helpful to Action's commercial clients who will be able to easily access trend data and compare levels of pest activity in different areas of their facilities.

We currently have two technicians using the devices daily. Other technicians are in training and we hope to be completely integrated over the next two years.
