This issue's Employee Spotlight features Action Pest Control's new Operations Manager, Keith Smith. Keith comes to Action Pest Control with a wealth of knowledge stemming from over 15 years in the pest control industry in seven different cities.

Keith has big plans for Action and says clients should already be noticing some changes. Keith's initial focus has been to increase efficiency by reorganizing service routes. Smith said, "This is very important because it allows the technicians to spend more time doing service and less time traveling from location to location."

He is also looking to improve communication by having Action's Customer Service Representatives actively seeking clients' opinions and looking for ways to improve our services.

"Keith has a real passion for customer service. He is implementing and monitoring quality control systems that will ensure we exceed our client expectations. I am excited about adding someone of Keith's caliber to the Action team," said Kevin Pass, President.

Keith graduated from Murray State University with a degree in Business Administration. He currently lives in Marion, KY with his wife, Renee, and four boys: Austin is 14, Noah is 10, Luke is 8, and Grant is 4. In his spare time Keith enjoys hunting, fishing, and going to concerts.
