The End of a Great Year
As 2009 comes to a close, I’d like to take the opportunity to thank you all for your business and your continued support of Action Pest Control. In a time of lost jobs and closing doors, we have been very fortunate. In a tough economy, we chose to take a closer look at the quality of our service and the efficiency with which we run our business. The following are some accomplishments from 2009 I’d like to share with you:
• Action added over 600 new clients.
• We did not raise our prices.
• We tightened our service routes to save thousands of gallons of gas and
spend less time driving and more time servicing your homes and businesses.
• We provided our employees with over 7,300 hours in training.
• We purchased 14 new vehicles.
• We decreased our turnover by 50%from 2008.
• We added two new positions.
So again, thank you and happy holidays from all of us at Action Pest Control.
