This issue's Employee Spotlight features Joy Griepenstroh. Joy is a Customer Service Representative at the Evansville, IN office. When you call in to the Evansville office, there is a good chance Joy's will be the voice on the other end. Joy joined the Action team in June, 2008 as an office assistant. Her primary duty at that time was filing paperwork. Joy is now responsible for scheduling appointments for new and existing customers and processing customer and technician requests. Not only is she a huge asset to the customer service department, Joy assists the accounting department as well.

When asked about her favorite part of her job, Joy said, "My favorite thing is building relationships with our customers. They have some pretty interesting stories. I also enjoy it when customers stop by the office with their bugs for identification. It's great to be able to put a face with a name."

Misty Hofmann, the Office Manager, says, "Joy is a delight. She is wonderful with our customers and truly a pleasure to be around."

When Joy is not working, she enjoys playing the piano and singing. Originally from Beverly, Ohio, Joy now lives in Evansville with her husband, Zach, their dog, Tank, and their cat, Zoe.
